Mortgage Stress Victoria offers free legal advice, financial counselling, and social work assistance.
We can help with mortgage debt, in addition to other issues that may put your housing at risk.
This can include, but is not limited to, fines, insurance disputes, motor vehicle accidents, mental health, addiction, gambling, and other debts.
Please contact us for advice if you live in a mortgaged home located in Victoria, have one property only, and have a household income of $75,000 or less.
If you have recently experienced, or are currently experiencing family violence, please note the income criteria does not apply.
